Seller guide · Updated October 2026
Review your listing before it goes live.
A listing needs clear copy, useful images and files that match its description. Work through these checks with the actual product and downloads open beside you.
1. Describe the product clearly
Name the item, explain what is included and say whether it is a physical product or digital download. Use accurate keywords without repeating them mechanically.
2. Review the first image at thumbnail size
Check that the product is recognizable and that any text remains legible. Use supporting images to show details, scale and included files.
3. Check every file you promise
Open the actual downloads. Confirm filenames, formats, page counts and dimensions. For printable art, use the delivered size guide and measured pixels per inch rather than a blanket print-quality claim.
4. Keep seller and buyer materials separate
Mockups, listing copy and promotional captions help you publish. Share only the intended customer files and seller-approved usage terms with buyers.
5. Price from your own costs
Allow for creation time, platform fees, support and any printing or fulfillment costs. A competitor's asking price does not tell you their sales, costs or profit.
6. Measure changes in your own shop
Use your marketplace's actual visits, orders and conversion figures. Compare similar periods and change one element at a time where practical. A score or AI recommendation is a review aid, not an audience experiment.
