Etsy Listing Review Checklist
- Describe the product and what is included.
- Review the first image at thumbnail size.
- Check every promised file and print size.
- Separate buyer downloads from seller materials.
- Price from your own costs and current platform fees.
- Measure changes using your own shop's visits and orders.
Before publishing
Open the actual customer files and compare them with your listing. Check formats, dimensions, page counts and usage terms. Printable artwork should include a size guide based on the delivered pixels. Keep seller mockups and promotional materials out of buyer downloads.
