By creating an account or using EverAlice AI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals. Credit packs are non-expiring but non-transferable. Pricing may change with notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: generating illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors; reverse-engineering the platform; reselling raw API output as your own service; or attempting to bypass usage limits.
You retain ownership of artwork, text, and assets you upload. You also own the commercial rights to AI-generated outputs you create through the Service, subject to applicable AI provider terms. You're responsible for ensuring your inputs don't infringe third-party rights.
The EverAlice AI platform, brand, code, and design system are owned by us. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service — not the underlying software.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. AI features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable.
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
