Question 1

Do I need design skills to use EverAlice AI?

Accepted Answer

No. The whole point is that you don't. Upload your artwork (or generate it with AI), and EverAlice AI handles the listing copy, SEO tags, mockups, print files, and delivery ZIP for you. No Photoshop, no Canva templates, no design background required.

Question 2

Will this actually work for Etsy?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Etsy is the primary platform we're built for. Magic Lister generates listings that follow Etsy's title character limits, 13-tag structure, and SEO patterns based on your product information and marketplace listing conventions; it does not verify live search volume. Review and edit the output before publishing.

Question 3

Can I use my own artwork, or do I have to generate it with AI?

Accepted Answer

Both. Upload your own artwork — illustrations, photos, patterns, designs — and Magic Lister builds the listing around it. Or generate brand-new artwork with AI inside the studio. Use artwork you have the rights to sell and review the applicable marketplace rules.

Question 4

What file types do I get in the delivery ZIP?

Accepted Answer

Basic includes two listing mockups, listing copy, buyer instructions and print files. Complete includes four total mockups, marketing assets and ratio-group downloads. Print dimensions and effective PPI depend on the measured artwork and verified exports; check the included size guide for the actual files. Marketplace folders default to two for Basic and five for Complete. AI output and disclosures should be reviewed before publishing.

Question 5

What is EverAlice AI?

Accepted Answer

EverAlice AI is an AI-powered creative studio built for Etsy sellers and digital product creators. The core is Magic Lister — generate or upload a product image, then build the listing copy, mockups, print exports, and delivery package from one workflow. Specialist tools like Book Builder, Image Lab, and the Promote lane support the listing around that center.

Question 6

How do I create Etsy listings faster with AI?

Accepted Answer

Use Magic Lister to generate or upload your product artwork, then automatically create the title, tags, SEO description, mockups, print exports, and ZIP delivery package — all from one workflow. It turns one product image into a complete, optimized Etsy listing in minutes.

Question 7

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

AI-powered actions cost credits based on complexity: most single actions cost 1–3 credits (text, image generation, background removal, upscaling), and a Basic Listing — artwork, mockups, copy, and files — is 10 credits. New accounts get 10 welcome credits, which covers one included Basic Listing. Studio Pro includes 160 credits per month, Elite 400, and Power 800 — with rollover capped at one month of the plan allowance and expiring at the following credit-month end. You can also buy one-time credit packs; every current pack includes bonus credits, never expires, and shows any eligible offer at checkout.

Question 8

What can I do on the free Starter plan?

Accepted Answer

Starter includes non-AI utilities and selected credit-priced actions; some workflows require a paid plan. Non-AI utilities such as Smart Resize, Reply Templates, Reminders, Sale Banners, and Content Planner are free. You also get one included Basic Listing (10 welcome credits). After that, buy credit packs or upgrade for monthly credits.

Question 9

What digital products can I create and sell with EverAlice AI?

Accepted Answer

EverAlice can create and package printable posters, wall art, planners, journals, workbooks, and other supported downloads. For clipart, Alice can build a coordinated pack of separate transparent PNG elements with a collection preview, listing and marketing assets, and a three-folder ZIP. Editable template and vector formats still require an outside design editor.

Question 10

What platforms does EverAlice AI work with?

Accepted Answer

EverAlice AI is designed for sellers on Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, Shopify, and any marketplace that accepts digital products. The listing generator optimizes copy for each platform's SEO requirements.

Question 11

What's the best tool for Etsy sellers to create listings?

Accepted Answer

EverAlice AI's Magic Lister is an all-in-one listing creation tool — it handles AI product art generation, mockup creation, SEO-optimized listing copy, print-ready exports, and delivery packaging in a single workflow. No need to switch between multiple apps.

Question 12

What runs in the browser vs. the cloud?

Accepted Answer

Core file assembly and resizing run locally in your browser for speed and privacy. AI features such as image generation, listing copy, upscaling, and mockups use secure cloud processing and require credits.

Question 13

What's the difference between Pro, Elite, and Power?

Accepted Answer

Starter (Free) gives one included Basic Listing (10 welcome credits) and unlimited use of every non-AI utility tool. Studio Pro is $20/mo; eligible new introductory checkouts offer $15/mo for the first 3 months, then $20/mo. Active affiliate referrals generally use standard pricing. Annual Pro is $192/yr ($16/mo equivalent). Studio Pro includes 160 monthly credits, unlimited single-listing runs, and Bulk runs up to 5 products. Elite and Power support up to 100 products per resumable run, processed in groups of 5. Elite ($50/mo or $480/yr — $40/mo equivalent) adds 400 monthly credits, higher-volume batch workflows, and priority support. Power ($100/mo or $960/yr — $80/mo equivalent) includes more monthly credits, advanced presets, and the highest-priority support queue.

Question 14

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancel from Settings at any time and access continues through the end of your billing period. If you cancel your first paid subscription within 7 days, you may email support for a refund review; used credits and the processing fee are deducted. Requests are not automatic. Purchased credit packs are final sale and never expire, even after cancellation.
