Digital Product Listing Workflow: From Finished Design to Reviewed Files

Write down what the customer receives: file formats, dimensions, page count, intended use and any limitations. Keep your source artwork and product notes together so the copy describes the actual files.

Prepare a readable title, relevant tags and a description that explains the product. Adapt the fields for each marketplace and review AI suggestions for accuracy.

Show the product clearly in the first image. Use supporting images to explain scale, contents and how a customer uses the download. AI mockups can introduce differences, so compare them with your original artwork.

Basic Listing is 10 credits with two mockups. Complete Launch is 20 credits with four mockups and additional marketing and print assets. Other workflows show their own quote before confirmation. Review the finished contents and measured size guide; product type and source pixels affect the available print files.

Open the actual downloads before publishing. Check image quality, page order, spelling, dimensions and usage terms. Keep buyer downloads separate from your listing copy, mockups and promotional files. Marketplace acceptance, sales and search position are not guaranteed. Keep a dated checklist for your own process.
